ON-SITE OR TELEHEALTH

1. Choose Your Appointment Type:
  • On-site Appointment: Select this option if you prefer to visit our facility in person.
  • Telehealth Appointment: Select this option if you prefer a virtual consultation from the comfort of your home or while visiting Arkansas.

2. View Available Times:
  • Once you’ve selected your preferred appointment type, a list of available time slots will appear.

3. Select Your Time Slot:
  • Review the available options and click on the time slot that works best for you. 

4. Confirm Your Selection:
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email or text with the details.

AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

5. Create or Update Your Patient Profile:
  • Once you select an appointment time, we’ll send a secure link to as text and email so you can create a new patient profile or update your existing one, ensuring your information is accurate and up to date. Office visit patients may complete the required forms in the office.
  • Contact our office if you need help with technical difficulties.
